오늘의배달(Rider One) 이용약관

1. 서비스와 적용 범위
이 약관은 봄 스튜디오가 제공하는 오늘의배달 앱의 이용 조건을 정합니다. 앱은 세 라이더의 배달 경로를 그리는 퍼즐, 기기 내 프로필·진행 저장, 공유, 배포 구성에 따른 광고와 알림을 제공합니다. 기본 퍼즐은 별도 오늘의배달 계정 없이 이용할 수 있습니다.
계정·원격 랭킹·Daily 제출·원격 콘텐츠·원격 지갑은 해당 기능을 실제로 제공하는 앱 버전에 한해 이용할 수 있습니다. 2026년 9월 22일 현재 AWS 계정 서비스는 공개 서비스 범위에 포함되어 있지 않으며, 공개 서비스는 새 AWS 계정·원격 제출을 만들지 않습니다. 그 기능을 제공하는 배포본은 적용되는 이용약관과 개인정보처리방침을 앱과 이 페이지에 먼저 안내합니다.
2. 이용자의 준수 사항
이용자는 관계 법령과 타인의 권리를 지켜야 합니다. 앱·광고·보상·네트워크의 정상 작동을 방해하거나, 앱 변조·자동화·허위 결과 제출·취약점 악용으로 부당한 이익을 얻어서는 안 됩니다. 기기 프로필의 닉네임에 타인의 개인정보나 권리를 침해하는 내용을 사용해서는 안 됩니다.
3. 기기 기록과 외부 서비스
기기 내 게임 기록과 설정은 앱 데이터 삭제, 앱 제거 또는 기기 변경으로 없어질 수 있습니다. 기기에만 저장된 기록은 원격 복원을 보장하지 않습니다. Google Play Games, Google Mobile Ads·UMP, Firebase, Sentry와 운영체제의 기능에는 각 제공자의 약관과 정책이 적용될 수 있습니다.
Android에서 Google Play Games 연결을 선택해도, 그 자체만으로 공개 서비스의 AWS 계정이나 공개 랭킹이 만들어지지는 않습니다. 앱에 실제로 제공되는 계정·온라인 기능의 범위와 삭제 방법은 개인정보처리방침과 계정 삭제 안내에서 확인할 수 있습니다.
4. 광고·분석·알림
배포 구성에 따라 전면 광고와 이용자가 선택한 보상형 광고를 제공할 수 있습니다. 광고 개인정보 선택은 Google UMP 및 앱 설정에서 관리합니다. 분석 기능이 포함된 배포본에서는 이용자의 별도 동의에 따라 사용량 분석이 동작합니다.
Android 원격 푸시는 이용자가 앱에서 명시적으로 켜고 운영체제 권한을 허용한 뒤 제공될 수 있습니다. 현재 주제는 새 콘텐츠 등 참여 소식을 위한 선택형 알림이며, 알림을 끌 수 있습니다.
5. 계정과 데이터 삭제
기기 내 자료는 앱 데이터 삭제나 앱 제거로 지울 수 있습니다. 이전 버전에서 만든 원격 계정 또는 데이터의 삭제는 https://riderone.bomstudio.co.kr/account-deletion 에서 요청할 수 있습니다. 오늘의배달 데이터 삭제는 Google 또는 Play Games 계정 자체의 삭제를 뜻하지 않습니다.
계정 및 데이터 삭제 요청의 접수는 삭제 완료를 뜻하지 않습니다. 본인 확인, 법령상 보존 의무와 제한된 장애 복구 백업 여부를 확인한 뒤 처리 대상과 결과를 안내합니다.
6. 콘텐츠와 서비스 변경
앱의 소프트웨어, 캐릭터, 퍼즐, 음악, 이미지와 문구에 관한 권리는 봄 스튜디오 또는 정당한 권리자에게 있습니다. 이용자는 개인적인 용도로 앱을 이용할 수 있으며, 허락 없이 콘텐츠를 상업적으로 재배포해서는 안 됩니다. 보안, 장애, 법령, 외부 서비스 또는 운영상 필요에 따라 기능을 변경·제한할 수 있으며 중요한 변경은 앱이나 이 페이지를 통해 안내합니다.
7. 책임과 문의
운영자는 관계 법령상 제한할 수 없는 책임을 제한하지 않습니다. 이용자의 약관 위반이나 운영자가 합리적으로 통제하기 어려운 기기·네트워크·외부 서비스 문제에 관한 책임은 관계 법령이 허용하는 범위에서 판단합니다. 문의는 help@bomstudio.co.kr 로 보내 주세요. 이 약관은 대한민국 법령을 따르며, 이용자에게 보장되는 강행법상 권리를 제한하지 않습니다.
8. 약관 변경
기능이나 법령이 바뀌어 약관을 개정하는 경우 변경 내용과 시행일을 이 페이지 또는 앱의 적절한 경로로 안내합니다.

1. Service and Scope
These Terms govern use of the Rider One app provided by Bom Studio. The app provides a puzzle in which players draw delivery routes for three riders, on-device profile and progress storage, sharing, and, depending on the distribution configuration, advertising and notifications. The core puzzle can be used without a separate Rider One account.
Accounts, remote leaderboards, Daily submissions, remote content, and remote wallets are available only in app versions that actually provide those features. As of September 22, 2026, the AWS account service is not included in the public service, and the public service does not create new AWS accounts or remote submissions. Before any release provides those features, the applicable Terms and Privacy Policy will be presented in the app and on this site.
2. User Responsibilities
Users must comply with applicable laws and respect the rights of others. Users must not interfere with the normal operation of the app, ads, rewards, or network, or obtain improper benefits through app modification, automation, false result submissions, or exploitation of vulnerabilities. Device-profile nicknames must not contain another person's personal information or infringe another person's rights.
3. Device Records and External Services
Game records and settings stored on the device may be lost if app data is cleared, the app is removed, or the device is changed. Records stored only on the device are not guaranteed to be remotely restorable. Google Play Games, Google Mobile Ads and UMP, Firebase, Sentry, and operating-system features may be subject to their respective providers' terms and policies.
Choosing to connect Google Play Games on Android does not by itself create an AWS account or public leaderboard entry in the public service. The scope of account and online features actually available in the app, and the applicable deletion methods, are described in the Privacy Policy and Account & Data Deletion page.
4. Advertising, Analytics, and Notifications
Depending on the distribution configuration, the app may provide interstitial ads and optional rewarded ads. Advertising privacy choices can be managed through Google UMP and app settings. In builds that include analytics, usage analytics operates only with the user's separate consent.
Android remote push notifications may be provided after the user explicitly enables them in the app and grants the operating-system permission. Current topics are optional engagement notifications such as news about new content, and notifications can be turned off.
5. Account and Data Deletion
On-device data can be deleted by clearing app data or uninstalling the app. Deletion of a remote account or remote data created in an earlier version can be requested at https://riderone.bomstudio.co.kr/account-deletion. Deleting Rider One data does not delete the user's Google or Play Games account itself.
Submitting an account or data deletion request does not mean deletion has already been completed. After identity verification and review of legal retention obligations and limited disaster-recovery backups, the scope and result of processing will be provided.
6. Content and Service Changes
Rights in the app software, characters, puzzles, music, images, and text belong to Bom Studio or their lawful rights holders. Users may use the app for personal purposes and may not commercially redistribute content without permission. Features may be changed or limited for security, failures, legal requirements, external services, or operational needs. Material changes will be announced in the app or on this site.
7. Liability and Contact
The operator does not limit liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Responsibility for a user's violation of these Terms or for device, network, or external-service issues outside the operator's reasonable control will be determined to the extent permitted by applicable law. Contact help@bomstudio.co.kr with questions. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea and do not limit mandatory rights granted to users by applicable law.
8. Changes to These Terms
If these Terms are amended due to changes in features or law, the changes and effective date will be announced through this page or an appropriate path in the app.
